About The Position

We are looking for a Project Manager to support Distribution Partnership priorities by coordinating and managing assigned projects from initiation through delivery. In this role, you will organize project activities, maintain schedules, monitor progress, and ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to define quality standards. You will collaborate closely with cross functional teams, stakeholders, and business partners to clarify requirements, track milestones, and address risks or issues. Your ability to communicate clearly, build strong relationships, and maintain accurate documentation will be essential to delivering projects that meet business objectives and create a positive partner experience.

Requirements

  • Hands on experience using project management frameworks and tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Airtable) to standardize processes, track progress, and support efficient, repeatable project execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage 5+ projects simultaneously, delivering work on time, within scope, and aligning to defined quality standards.

  • Effective communication skills, including developing structured status reports, facilitating virtual project discussions, and presenting milestone updates and risk summaries to senior stakeholders.
  • Experience identifying risks, issues, and process gaps, and taking timely action to escalate, resolve, or mitigate them using defined project management practices.
  • Proficiency with collaboration and productivity tools such as SharePoint, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and diagramming applications like Lucidchart or Visio.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 3+ years of project management experience, preferably within a multinational organization.

Nice To Haves

  • PMP certification is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage cross-functional projects by organizing tasks, maintaining schedules, tracking progress, and ensuring deliverables, meeting defined scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Support project scoping and planning by gathering requirements, clarifying objectives, identifying stakeholders, and documenting expected outcomes and dependencies.
  • Monitor project performance using established tools, metrics, and scorecards; identify opportunities to improve efficiency and escalate risks, issues, or delays when needed.
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders through regular updates, status reports, documentation, and communication plans that ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Build strong working relationships with team members, Product Managers, and business partners to support collaboration, manage expectations, and ensure smooth implementation of project activities.
