About The Position

This position collaborates with subject matter experts and leadership in design and construction to support early project development, focusing on standardizing project initiation and planning. It works with regional and system leaders, the Enterprise Growth and Activation team, and external partners to ensure project alignment, facilitate governance approvals, and prepare key decision documents. The role involves managing projects ranging from $10M to over $750M, building relationships with leadership to support large and small strategic growth initiatives, and coordinating project initiation, governance, and execution to ensure successful delivery. Success is measured by effective management, communication, project intake, and seamless transition from planning to execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree is required. Master's Degree is preferred.
• Requires 7-10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Smartsheet, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, Power BI.
• Capable of managing diverse organizational objectives and strategies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills at the Executive level.
• Some travel to Hospitals within the IU Health system will be required.
• Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.
