About The Position

We're seeking a proactive and experienced Janitorial Project Manager to lead our cleaning operations with excellence. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll oversee daily janitorial activities, act as the primary point of contact for our client, and inspire a team of custodians to deliver top-tier service. Monday - Friday: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, occasional nights and weekends required as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum of (2) years' supervisory or team lead experience.
  • Minimum of (3) years of experience in Janitorial or facilities management.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Teams, Outlook, Excel).
  • Strong understanding of commercial cleaning techniques, equipment, and chemicals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning, including OSHA standards.
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines and client expectations.
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Valid RealID

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily cleaning schedules and ensure all tasks are completed to standard
  • Conduct routine inspections of facilities to ensure cleanliness and safety compliance
  • Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
  • Coordinate with vendors for equipment maintenance and repairs
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, addressing concerns and requests promptly
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the client on service performance
  • Collaborate with client representatives to align cleaning services with expectations
  • Recruit, onboard, and train janitorial staff on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and company policies
  • Lead by example-actively participate in cleaning tasks when needed
  • Schedule shifts, manage time-off requests, and ensure adequate coverage
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback
  • Foster a positive, respectful, and productive team environment
  • Implement and enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Maintain documentation for inspections, training, and incident reports
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulatory requirements
