About The Position

We're seeking a proactive and experienced Janitorial Project Manager to lead our cleaning operations with excellence. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll oversee daily janitorial activities, act as the primary point of contact for our client, and inspire a team of custodians to deliver top-tier service. Monday - Friday: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, occasional nights and weekends required as needed.

Requirements

Minimum of (2) years' supervisory or team lead experience.
Minimum of (3) years of experience in Janitorial or facilities management.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Teams, Outlook, Excel).
Strong understanding of commercial cleaning techniques, equipment, and chemicals
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning, including OSHA standards.
Ability to meet strict deadlines and client expectations.
Must have a valid driver's license

Responsibilities

Manage daily cleaning schedules and ensure all tasks are completed to standard
Conduct routine inspections of facilities to ensure cleanliness and safety compliance
Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
Coordinate with vendors for equipment maintenance and repairs
Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, addressing concerns and requests promptly
Provide regular updates and reports to the client on service performance
Collaborate with client representatives to align cleaning services with expectations
Recruit, onboard, and train janitorial staff on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and company policies
Lead by example-actively participate in cleaning tasks when needed
Schedule shifts, manage time-off requests, and ensure adequate coverage
Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback
Foster a positive, respectful, and productive team environment
Implement and enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards
Maintain documentation for inspections, training, and incident reports
Ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulatory requirements
