This role will report directly to the Cross Bore Director of Operations and will be integral to the continued success and growth of our business.

Requirements

5+ years experience leading projects from inception to completion, mastering estimates, contracts, and owner relations. Alternatively, expertise as a Field Engineer or Startup Manager is equally welcome.
Valid Driver's License with a good driving record
Ability to pass a thorough background check and pre-employment drug screen required as a condition of employment
Excellent financial acumen including comprehension and understanding of financial statements, budgeting/forecasting and financial analysis.
Highly-motivated self-starter with the ability to adapt in real time to match shifting demands of different situations.
Creates environments where people are motivated to do their best to help the organization achieve objectives.
Position requires regularly standing or sitting for extended periods.
Ability to captivate audiences with advanced written and verbal communication skills, ensuring crystal-clear collaboration.
Command of current technology like smartphones, tablets, and MS Office suite.
Ability to travel (up to 25%).
New hires must either provide documentation of previously completed required vaccinations or complete the required vaccinations within the first 30 days of employment. Required vaccinations include: Hepatitis B, Hepatitis A, and TDAP/Tdap (Tetanus, Diphtheria, Acellular Pertussis).

Nice To Haves

PMP Certification preferred (or willingess to obtain through Hydromax USA).
Deep understanding of the natural gas industry is a valuable asset, but not a prerequisite for exceptional talent.
