Requirements

3+ years of project management experience in construction or restoration
Strong knowledge of residential and/or commercial reconstruction
Xactimate experience preferred
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Customer-first mindset with polished communication abilities
Ability to juggle multiple active projects
Valid driver’s license and comfort traveling to job sites

Responsibilities

Manage reconstruction projects from scope and estimate through completion
Create and review estimates using Xactimate and other tools
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
Ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
Communicate clearly and consistently with homeowners, adjusters, and stakeholders
Conduct site visits, inspections, and progress meetings
Resolve challenges proactively and keep projects moving forward
