Leidos is seeking a dynamic and experienced TS/SCI Project Manager to lead our Configuration Management Team under the DOMEX Technology Platform (DTP) contract. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies, including AI and ML, and make a significant impact on national security missions. While the work is primarily conducted on-site at our client location in Bethesda, MD, we offer a flexible schedule and, occasionally, some tasks may be performed remotely. Percentage of remote work will vary based on client requirements/deliverables. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 4-8 years of relevant experience or Master’s degree with 2+ years of experience.
  • Active TS security clearance with eligibility for TS/SCI with Polygraph.
  • Minimum 1 year of Configuration Management experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Agile practices, and CM tools (SharePoint, Atlassian, Git).
  • Strong communication, organizational, and tracking skills.
  • Experience with root cause analysis, process improvement, process monitoring.
  • Experience interacting with various stakeholders, including high-level leadership.
  • Experience with creating workflows.
  • Experience with tracking and monitoring defects.

Nice To Haves

  • Technical writing experience.
  • Certifications in SAFE, CSM, ITIL, or CMMI.
  • Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD processes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate documentation reviews and CDRL updates across IDIQ task orders.
  • Maintain and enforce Configuration Management and Quality Control Plans.
  • Perform baseline audits and ensure compliance with contract requirements.
  • Collaborate with Release Managers to plan and execute software releases.
  • Manage CM repositories to ensure compliance with requirements and audits standards.
