About The Position

Rockstar New York is seeking Project Manager to drive planning and execution across priority Community initiatives. This is a full-time, in-office position based out of Rockstar’s NYC headquarters in Downtown Manhattan. WHAT WE DO The Rockstar Games Community team cultivates, grows and engages the Rockstar Games community. We handle Creator relationships. We craft public-facing messaging for distribution across all social media platforms, including the Rockstar Newswire. We collate community feedback and activity, creating and delivering sentiment analysis to key internal teams and collaborators.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of project management experience with an emphasis on entertainment.
  • Solid track record of objective-led and met campaigns and/or initiatives.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with project management tools.
  • An acute awareness of how to achieve wide-scale visibility across the media and social platform landscape.
  • A detail-oriented and organized approach to both autonomous and team-based workflows.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to find optimal solutions to a given task.
  • Adaptable and flexible, able to quickly adjust to changing priorities and new challenges.

  • Self-motivated, interested in games and curious about how things work.
  • Experience with Monday.com.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, scope and project manage all community business initiatives from kickoff to delivery.
  • Analyze and improve existing project workflows between the Community and partner teams.
  • Define objectives, milestones, and success metrics for all key initiatives, and drive accountability across teams.
  • Support strategic proposal compilation.
  • Ensure project milestones are up to date across Publishing Planning and Community team Monday boards.
  • Prioritize and coordinate projects within the Community team.
  • Define Community team’s rhythm of business’ working with Community leads to ensure head of Community and key collaborators are fully updated on key projects.
