The Project Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of architectural projects for Russo Development and Russo Property Management Russo Development is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the building process of one of our commercial warehouse construction projects. The individual selected for this position will work onsite to ensure short and long term project goals are met.

Requirements

  • BS Degree in Construction management or equivalent
  • 7-10 years of experience working as a Project Manager
  • Possess a strong Civil Engineering background.
  • Experience with precast wall systems and structural steel.
  • Capable of leveling bids and providing submittals to A&E.
  • Experience with preparing scopes of work for individual trades.
  • Experience with Concrete footings and foundations.
  • Extensive Experience with Microsoft Project and Procore
  • Work well within a team.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and track budgets.
  • Oversee construction superintendents, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Oversee the permitting process.
  • Responsible for project scheduling.
  • Review percentages of work complete for AIA approval.
  • Review contracts. Prepare scopes of work for all individual trades for use in contracts.
  • Work closely with perspective tenants/clients.
  • Review percentages of work complete and prepare scopes of work for individual trades, such as concrete/masonry, structural steel.
  • Communicate project status to leadership and ownership.
