Lead with Vision: Set project objectives and standards, partnering with Project Executives to ensure alignment with company policies and goals.
Deliver Excellence: Oversee all aspects of construction, ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget, and beyond client expectations.
Mentor & Guide: Lead project meetings, provide direction to planning, scheduling, and engineering functions, and mentor and develop project engineers.
Master the Financials: Manage budgets, costs, billing, and cash flow while driving profitability and fostering strong client relationships.
Ensure Safety & Compliance: Implement safety programs, maintain precise documentation, and minimize schedule risks.

A bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management .
A proven track record with 10+ years of project management experience , focusing on self-perform General Contracting in healthcare.
5+ years of hands-on experience managing commercial and institutional projects ($10M+).
Expertise in managing complex processes, driving success, and solving challenges with innovative thinking.
Financial savvy, with the ability to optimize budgets and build lasting client relationships.
