About The Position

The Project Manager, Business Software Applications is responsible for delivering solutions built on the Microsoft Power Platform to clients, supporting document management, project management, and software development business processes. This role coordinates with product and project managers to ensure accurate visibility of project operations, supports documentation and planning, serves as Scrum Master for the software development team, and facilitates resource allocation. The incumbent maintains project documentation, generates progress reports, and enables clear communication within the project team and across the organization. This position provides administrative support and ensures projects are delivered efficiently and in compliance with industry standards.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, or equivalent, required
  • Bachelor’s degree, required; focus in Information Technology, preferred
  • Minimum seven (7) to ten (10) years of overall experience, required
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, or Process Improvement specialist demonstrating progression in complexity, scope, and number of projects managed, required
  • Proven experience in project coordination or operations support, required
  • Project Management Professional (PMP), required
  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) / PMI-ACP, required
  • One (1) or more years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform products, required
  • Proficiency in business analysis and project management tools (e.g.,Jira, Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com, or Azure DevOps), required
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Superior attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to complete complex tasks quickly with minimal guidance
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to design and improve processes
  • High level of integrity and discretion

Nice To Haves

  • Certified Senior Project Manager (IAPM) – CSPM, Program Management Professional (PgMP), PRINCE2 Practitioner, Certified Project Director (CPD), Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), or PMI Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP), preferred
  • Experience supporting requests in an ERP tool such as NetSuite, preferred
  • Proficient usage of video conferencing software such as Zoom, preferred

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates with product and project managers to maintain visibility of software-specific project operations and activities
  • Supports project managers with documentation of project plans, timelines, schedules, and development documentation
  • Serves as Scrum Master for the software development team
  • Coordinates and communicates project activities
  • Collaborates with project leadership to identify and address potential issues and bottlenecks
  • Facilitates allocation of resources, equipment, and materials in collaboration with project managers
  • Maintains accurate and up-to-date project documentation in systems of record
  • Generates regular reports on project progress, milestones, and potential risks
  • Enables clear and effective communication within the project team and across the organization
  • Provides additional administrative support as required
  • Manages vendors and collaborates with team members across projects to meet deadlines
  • Other duties as required
