About The Position

The Business Development Project Manager aids in the execution of onboarding Brightree’s customers into our integrated partner ecosystem. In addition, they plan meetings, route contract paperwork, organize reporting and provide updates to the Business Development team and any other key stakeholders. This role supports the Business Development team in the onboarding and management of activations and requires the ability to encourage teamwork, communicate effectively with senior leadership, and possess a clear vision of what determines a successful solution for the work effort and the company. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related experience
  • 2-3 years working in SaaS with industry knowledge of Healthcare Software preferred
  • Superior organizational and detail-oriented skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Salesforce Lightning experience, DocuSign and strong Microsoft Office 365 skills
  • Must be a quick learner, self-directed, motivated, and have strong dedication and commitment level to the tasks at hand
  • Proficient in MS Office Tools: MS Project, SharePoint, MS Visio, MS Power Point, MS Word, and MS Excel
  • Very strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, project-oriented environment with the ability to own areas with minimal supervision
  • Ability to travel up to 10% as needed

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for scheduling Discovery & DEMO calls to qualify and close leads
  • Manage and track multiple contracts for customer activations
  • Effectively manage communications with a wide array of stakeholders, both internal and external
  • Maintain active engagement with new and existing customers through creative follow-up designed to educate and increase interest in partner solutions
  • Take responsibility for the success of onboarding customers within our existing partner ecosystem
  • Manage complex internal team dynamics and complex external partner dynamics
  • Synthesize technical information at a level that leads to business success
  • Work with Manager, Program Management to continue to grow and expand responsibilities

  • A reasonable estimate of the current base range for this position is: $84,000 - $105,000
