The Project Manager / Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading client relations and communications, and leading the technical success (i.e. schematic, test fit concepts, and construction documents) of the projects. Understanding of repositioning, portfolio management, how facility management works, and interpreting/verifying ‘as built’ drawings are required. This position requires in-person site visits and excellent communication skills, particularly landlord/tenant communication. Being high energy, able to lead a group, and command a room is essential, as you will be involved in kick-off meetings, sales and business development initiatives, and you will be client facing. Ideal candidates have experience with: corporate interiors, tenant improvements, interior build outs, building additions, lobby renovations, full-floor renovations, corporate center expansions, industrial buildings, and working with landlords/brokers/building owners.
