Project Manager - Architectural Blair Image Elements is a long-established leader in signage, branding elements, and commercial architectural fascia systems, serving regional, national, and international clients. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Architectural Project Management team in Knoxville, Tennessee. This role is responsible for managing complex architectural installation projects, with direct accountability for schedule, cost control, vendor coordination, and customer satisfaction from project award through closeout and invoicing. What you'll be doing: Lead and manage multiple architectural installation projects simultaneously Maintain full ownership of project scope, schedule, budget, and profitability Develop, communicate, and enforce project milestones and installation schedules Coordinate vendors, installers, and internal teams to meet committed deadlines Negotiate vendor pricing and manage costs to achieve margin objectives Review drawings, specifications, and project documentation to ensure scope alignment Serve as primary customer contact, providing clear and timely communication Identify risks early and implement corrective actions Ensure accurate project tracking, documentation, and invoicing Support continuous improvement of project management processes pricing and manage costs to meet margin objectives What we're looking for: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field (preferred) 3+ years of project management experience in construction, architectural, signage, or related industries Experience coordinating installation teams and third-party vendors Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and customer management abilities Financial acumen related to cost control and margin performance Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project tracking systems Experience working with drawings, specifications, RFIs, and change orders Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Benefits and Culture At Blair Image Elements, we offer a comprehensive benefits package to support the well-being and financial security of our team.
