About The Position

Looking to break into project management and grow into a leadership role? We’re
hiring a Project Manager Apprentice to join our team and help rebuild homes
while delivering an exceptional client experience.
In this role, you’ll work directly with a Territory Manager to help coordinate
residential reconstruction projects from start to finish. You’ll gain hands on
experience managing job sites, working with contractors, and guiding clients
through the rebuild process.

Responsibilities

• Support day to day project execution and job site coordination
• Communicate with clients, contractors, and internal teams
• Assist with scheduling, timelines, and project milestones
• Help close out projects including payments and customer feedback
• Learn how to plan, budget, and oversee residential rebuild projects
• Partner with a Territory Manager for hands-on training and mentorship
• Visit job sites to track progress and solve real-time challenges
• Coordinate with trades, vendors, and internal teams to keep jobs moving
• Ensure work is completed with excellence, professionalism, and care
• Document project updates and maintain accurate records
• Provide diamond-level customer service throughout each project
• Grow toward becoming a full Project Manager, with increasing responsibilities and opportunities
