About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to serve as the Project Manager/ Program Integrator In this role, you will be responsible for driving day-to-day momentum, maintaining execution discipline, and ensuring successful delivery management across all lines of effort. As the program's requirements continue to expand, this critical position will provide essential oversight, coordination, and support to ensure tasks are completed, deliverables are met, and overall program efforts remain on track. Key responsibilities include: Strategic Alignment: Monitor execution to maintain a tight connection between strategic intent and operational delivery across all supported lines of effort. Multi-Site Engagement: Regularly move between HQ and other locations in support of the Customer to maintain engagement and situational awareness. Emergent Initiatives: Augment and support emergent initiative, including symposium requirements, deliverables, and coordination tasks. Forward Planning: Stay closely engaged with Customer to anticipate needs, risks, innovation opportunities, and evolving mission requirements. Primary Conduit: Act as the primary conduit between the Customer and multiple ARMA Programs, ensuring work is consistently aligned to Customer priorities and operational needs. Centralized Intake: Function as the key liaison and intake point for questions, requirements, and tasking for Customer Proactively identifies and elevates execution challenges and performance shortfalls across the portfolio WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED Bring your program management expertise along with a drive for innovation to GDIT. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
