About The Position

The Project Manager/Analyst is a representative of the world-class ability to execute that has made Helipass a leader in global supply chain management. The Project Manager/Analyst ensures that the prioritization, coordination, and quality of deliverables meet our standards, and ensures timely and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders during the project lifecycle.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree.
Project Management experience.
Software Analysts experience.
Working knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle and general Software Development principles.
Working knowledge of project governance principles.
Proven experience in project ownership, including budgetary responsibility.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Must be proficient in the use of computers and other technology (mobile, etc.) as tools of productivity.
Solid understanding of business disciplines (accounting, finance, operations, etc.); experience in large enterprise settings preferred.

Nice To Haves

Experience in team building, organizational leadership, and individual employee development preferred.
Professional Project management certification preferred- PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, PRINCE2, etc.

Responsibilities

Provide analysis for developers to execute requirements
Project onboarding activities, including pre-sales required to generate Statements of Work (SOWs).
Participate in Discovery and Analysis events to document the problem space.
Manage communication with project stakeholders and user community.
Review requirements with internal team and vet proposed solutions to build functional specifications, release plans, and delivery schedules.
Create project plans, including delivery and resource schedules, communication plans, cutover plans, etc.
Facilitate User Acceptance Testing, with Product team, and other project activities as necessary to gain acceptance of feature designs and deliverables.
Resolve and/or escalate project issues as appropriate to achieve target outcomes.
Maintain project documentation, including (but not limited to): project schedules, change logs, specifications, requirements documentation, etc.
Identify, implement, and manage tools that elevate the state of project management practice within Helipass.
Assist with monthly account reconciliation and maintain documentation for invoicing details to ensure accuracy and timeliness of billing.
