Position Summary: The Project Manager is responsible for leading, coordinating, and executing Development & Industrialization (D&I) and operational projects to ensure they meet defined objectives for timing, quality, cost, and customer satisfaction. This role serves as the central integrator across cross‑functional teams — including R&D, Engineering, Operations, Quality, Procurement, and Commercial — to guarantee that all project activities progress in alignment with scope and strategic priorities. The Project Manager ensures that each project is properly planned, monitored, and controlled throughout its lifecycle. This includes defining project timelines, assigning responsibilities, managing risks, tracking deliverables, and maintaining transparent communication with both internal stakeholders and customers. The role may oversee multiple projects simultaneously; each requiring strong organizational and decision‑making capabilities to keep initiatives on track and escalate issues proactively when needed.

Requirements

  • University degree, preferably in Engineering
  • Some Packaging Engineering experience in the Aerosol, Liquid or other related packaging Industry space.
  • 5 +years of experience in the project management department of well-structured companies.
  • 3 +years of experience in management positions, with overseas experience preferred.
  • Experience working with product costing, including evaluating component costs, supporting financial assessments, and collaborating with Finance to ensure alignment with project budgets and margin expectations.
  • Demonstrated experience reading, creating, and managing Gantt charts using MS Project or similar tools to drive timeline accuracy and project execution.
  • Experience developing or reviewing Product Specifications, ensuring accuracy of technical details, packaging information, artwork requirements, and regulatory or customer standards.
  • Experience participating in or supporting CAPEX activities, supplier technical meetings, and operational readiness for new product launches.
  • Experience interacting with customers and suppliers on technical topics, representing the company in audits, meetings, reviews, and project negotiations.

Responsibilities

  • Manages and coordinates the projects assigned to him/her by the PMD / TPM. Oversee all aspects of the project timing, using planning, monitoring and controlling processes.
  • Is responsible for coordinating and completing the project and, to this end, performs a variety of tasks including setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities and monitoring and summarizing the progress of the project. May be responsible for more than one project at a time.
  • Is responsible for the scope management, defining it and capturing it in the Project Charter, keeping it updated and monitoring changes (communicating them with the relative impact in a timely manner to all stakeholders).
  • Is responsible for the project budget and for the product cost both in the development & industrialization phase, ensuring that budgets are met at the time of start of production.
  • Lead cross‑functional risk assessments for all assigned projects. Identify potential risks related to timing, cost, resources, and technical feasibility, and ensure mitigation plans are in place.
  • Has the authority to run the project on a day-to-day basis. The Project Manager will have sufficient latitude to exercise a wide degree of creativity in performing this role.
  • May be required to develop technical documentation (specifications, product technical datasheets, project charters, provide input to create BOM).
  • Organizes internal project meetings and keeps track of the action list and next steps.
  • Ensure timely and accurate creation and maintenance of project documentation.
  • Support manufacturing readiness for industrialization and product launches.
  • Manage change control activities related to assigned projects. Ensure all engineering changes, artwork adjustments, packaging updates, and specification revisions are evaluated, approved, and implemented correctly.
  • Facilitate customer interactions and provide technical leadership during audits or visits. Prepare the technical agenda, coordinate plant tours, and ensure customer expectations are addressed effectively
