The Project Manager is responsible for leading, coordinating, and executing Development & Industrialization (D&I) and operational projects to ensure they meet defined objectives for timing, quality, cost, and customer satisfaction. This role serves as the central integrator across cross‑functional teams — including R&D, Engineering, Operations, Quality, Procurement, and Commercial — to guarantee that all project activities progress in alignment with scope and strategic priorities. The Project Manager ensures that each project is properly planned, monitored, and controlled throughout its lifecycle. This includes defining project timelines, assigning responsibilities, managing risks, tracking deliverables, and maintaining transparent communication with both internal stakeholders and customers. The role may oversee multiple projects simultaneously; each requiring strong organizational and decision‑making capabilities to keep initiatives on track and escalate issues proactively when needed.
