About The Position

FORVIA - HELLA is seeking its next great Project Manager - ADAS Radar to join our growing ADAS team. The primary function of this role is to take ownership of assigned ADAS Radar programs . This individual will be joining a well established group that is focused on future radar creation above our current production generations. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related field)
  • 5+ years experience managing complex automotive projects
  • Demonstrated ability to lead global, multidisciplinary teams (engineering, purchasing, quality, logistics, ect).
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders in a diverse international environment
  • Strong risk identification and mitigation planning throughout program phases.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Radar Technology
  • 8+ years experience in the automotive industry

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end management of automotive Radar (ADAS) programs, ensuring balanced delivery of quality, cost, and timing to meet program KPIs.
  • Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and purchasing from project start through EOP.
  • Plan and track milestones, risks, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with OEM requirements and achievement of quality, cost, timing, and commercial targets.
  • Manage program changes, assessing impact on scope, cost, timing, and profitability with disciplined change control.
  • Define, coordinate, and steer work packages using standard automotive program management tools and governance processes.
  • Represent the program toward OEM customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and proactive issue resolution throughout the lifecycle.
