About The Position

FORVIA - HELLA is seeking its next great Project Manager - ADAS Radar to join our growing ADAS team. The primary function of this role is to take ownership of assigned ADAS Radar programs . This individual will be joining a well established group that is focused on future radar creation above our current production generations. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related field)
5+ years experience managing complex automotive projects
Demonstrated ability to lead global, multidisciplinary teams (engineering, purchasing, quality, logistics, ect).
Ability to communicate and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders in a diverse international environment
Strong risk identification and mitigation planning throughout program phases.

8+ years experience in the automotive industry

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end management of automotive Radar (ADAS) programs, ensuring balanced delivery of quality, cost, and timing to meet program KPIs.
Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and purchasing from project start through EOP.
Plan and track milestones, risks, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with OEM requirements and achievement of quality, cost, timing, and commercial targets.
Manage program changes, assessing impact on scope, cost, timing, and profitability with disciplined change control.
Define, coordinate, and steer work packages using standard automotive program management tools and governance processes.
Represent the program toward OEM customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and proactive issue resolution throughout the lifecycle.
