The Project Manager/Accountant is responsible for the day-to-day leadership, coordination, and management of the Strengthening Institutions Program: A Holistic Approach to Improving Retention grant. This position ensures all project activities align with grant objectives, timelines, and compliance requirements, collaborating with college stakeholders to achieve outcomes that advance student success and strengthen teaching and learning. In addition to project leadership responsibilities, this position serves as the institution's Post-Award Accountant, overseeing the financial management, compliance, and reporting for all institutional grants, in addition to other day to day accounting/finance responsibilities that contribute to the success of the college. The role ensures fiscal integrity, adherence to federal and state regulations, and effective coordination between project teams, finance offices, and external funding agencies to support both programmatic and institutional goals.
