Job Summary The Project Manager 3, Organizational Effectiveness supports the end-to-end execution of organizational design, operational readiness, employee engagement, and cross functional transformation initiatives across Growth, EBI, & Regional Ops organizations. In addition to project delivery, this role provides overflow HR generalist support during peak periods, organizational transitions, or when regional HR teams need additional capacity. This includes coordinating people related transactions and processes, supporting change execution, and helping maintain organizational continuity across teams. Job Description Core Responsibilities:

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, OD, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 4–6+ years of experience in project management, HR support, transformation, or operational roles.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Excellent written communication and ability to prepare executive‑ready materials.
  • Experience coordinating cross‑functional stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
  • Familiarity with Workday or other HRIS tools.

  • Experience supporting HR generalist or operational HR processes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day‑to‑day execution of organizational effectiveness projects, including timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.
  • Support initiatives such as system implementations (e.g., Kronos/UKG), org redesigns, policy changes, and operational readiness exercises.
  • Build project materials including workplans, dashboards, presentations, and leadership updates.
  • Maintain clear, accurate, and accessible project documentation.
  • Update and maintain organizational accountability artifacts and “source‑of‑truth” repository.
  • Assist with capability mapping, staffing assessments, role design, and job profile alignment.
  • Ensure data integrity of structures, rosters, and job documentation by partnering with HR, Operations, Product, and Regional leaders.
  • Coordinate working sessions, draft agendas, capture notes, and track next steps for cross‑functional teams.
  • Support communication flow across C&P, Growth, EBI and Regional operations, HR, and Product teams.
  • Build strong working relationships with key partners to ensure alignment and momentum.
  • Assist with change‑related deliverables including stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, communication plans, and training logistics.
  • Support readiness activities such as tabletop exercises, scenario prep, and launch coordination.
  • Provide temporary or surge capacity support to HR teams during organizational transitions, peak cycles, or staffing gaps.
  • Support employee‑facing processes such as status change tracking, organization structure and compensation changes.
  • Assist HR partners with issue triage, tracking, and escalation routing to ensure timely resolution.
  • Help maintain consistency of people‑related processes by monitoring timelines, updating trackers, and preparing communications.
  • Partner with HRBPs to support organizational changes, including roster updates, change logistics, and manager communications.
  • Maintain confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive employee information while supporting HR processes.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
  • Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
