About The Position

This role offers the opportunity to lead the execution of multiple transmission, substation, and distribution projects from initiation to closeout. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and manage project performance across safety, schedule, budget, and client satisfaction. Acting as the primary liaison with clients and internal stakeholders, you will provide strategic guidance, identify risks, and implement solutions to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and effectively. The position requires strong leadership, mentoring skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Travel will be required for site visits and client meetings, supporting successful project outcomes.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of project management experience in utility, construction, engineering, or related industries
  • Proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and serve as client liaison
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Willingness to travel 10–25% domestically

  • BS in Construction Management, Engineering, or Business
  • PMP certification

Responsibilities

  • Manage all phases of project life cycle including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout
  • Direct and mentor project teams to ensure accountability and performance
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with client leads and stakeholders
  • Oversee project safety, schedule adherence, budget management, and reporting
  • Identify, track, and control construction risks and changes
  • Prepare clear, concise reports for clients and internal leadership
  • Analyze project issues and implement solutions to improve results
