About The Position

Were seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a diverse portfolio of utility-scale projects across HV, MV, LV, overhead, and underground transmission lines . In this role, you will also have the chance to work on distribution, private networks, and BESS projects , helping shape the future of the electric grid. You will join a fast-moving group focused on advanced power infrastructure supporting industries such as clean energy, data centers, advanced manufacturing, and distributed networks . This team works at the intersection of proven engineering practices and cutting-edge technologies, giving you the chance to make a tangible impact on both local communities and global innovation.

Requirements

• 10+ years in the power delivery industry with experience in substation design and execution
• Strong background in multiple phases of project execution
• Bachelors degree in engineering or related field
• Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary project teams
• Strong communication skills to interface across clients and stakeholders

• PE/P.Eng.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of project execution, from proposals to delivery
• Lead project teams through conceptual design and procurement phases
• Manage schedules, budgets, and scopes while ensuring stakeholder alignment
• Drive safety culture across all phases of the project
• Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and external partners to achieve successful outcomes
• Balance corporate office responsibilities with on-site project leadership (approx. 25% travel required)
