About The Position

Principles of Operation: Partner to find and create solutions that meet the divinely appointed responsibilities of the Church. Foster an environment of trust and unity. Purpose: Clearly understand and communicate project objectives and goals Organize the needed resources to meet project requirements Owns project-level scope, schedule, and budget Ensure projects adhere to Church process and policy equivalent to the sphere of work Act as project generalist – may be asked to manage a range of project times (e.g. web, mobile, exhibits, AV production, meetings, etc.) Engage when multiple deliverables coalesce into a cohesive whole and end-to-end management is needed. Engage in small publishing deliverables and miscellaneous support. This role will travel occasionally to support audio visual productions. This role is based in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in a related field required.
Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or Master's degree and 3 years of experience.
Manage scope, schedule, and budget of projects that are typically of medium complexity, with many deliverables in many languages.
Manage and communicate between cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in a project management system, for example WorkFront
Interface and communicate with senior-level leaders.

Nice To Haves

PMP certification or other project management certification recognized in specific industries.

Provides the critical links among people (including senior-level leaders), ideas, and information that are necessary for success.
Risk Management: Uses standard process to identify, analyze, and respond to project risk.
Procurement Management: Uses standard processes to acquire goods and services from providers.
