Purpose: Clearly understand and communicate project objectives and goals Organize the needed resources to meet project requirements Owns project-level scope, schedule, and budget Ensure projects adhere to Church process and policy equivalent to the sphere of work Act as project generalist – may be asked to manage a range of project times (e.g. web, mobile, exhibits, etc.) Engage when multiple deliverables coalesce into a cohesive whole and end-to-end management is needed Church employees find joy and satisfaction in using their unique talents and abilities to further the Lord’s work. From the IT professional who develops an app that sends the gospel message worldwide, to the facilities manager who maintains our buildings— giving Church members places to worship, teach, learn, and receive sacred ordinances—our employees seek innovative ways to share the gospel of Jesus Christ with the world.
