Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of project management experience.
Experience in the utilities industry specifically in Transmission projects.
Associate degree (two - year college or university).
Working knowledge of project management principles.
Skills ranging from working knowledge to proficiency in: Project Management Decision Making Critical Thinking & Problem Solving Project Leadership Risk Management Team Collaboration
Demonstrated project - related work experience.

Responsibilities

Lead the execution of transmission capital construction projects from initiation through closeout.
Maintain and update project cost forecasts, schedules, risk registers, and project documentation.
Coordinate and direct project team members including engineering, procurement, construction, and field operations personnel.
Conduct weekly site visits to monitor construction progress, safety compliance, and contractor performance.
Facilitate project meetings and provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
Ensure all project deliverables meet quality, safety, regulatory, and environmental standards.
Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans to reduce impact on schedule or budget.
Support consistent application of PMCoE methodologies, tools, and processes.
Build and maintain effective relationships with internal teams, contractors, vendors, and leadership up to senior department management.
