The Tennessee Titans are seeking a Fellow to assist with the day-to-day operations of supporting the Creative Project Management and Production team. The Fellow must also be capable of working across different departments and cultivating relationships within and outside of the organization. This role helps keep projects organized, timelines moving, and communication clear across a fast-paced professional sports environment to deliver the highest quality creative possible. In addition to the job responsibilities described below, the Fellow will take part in various professional development opportunities throughout the term of the Fellowship Program to develop skills critical to future career growth. This is a temporary, full-time position that will begin on June 10, 2026, and conclude on May 21, 2027.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university required.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Calm and adaptable under tight deadlines
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic comfort with technology and digital tools
  • Willingness to learn and take direction
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude

Nice To Haves

  • Interest in professional sports, creative storytelling, and sports branding preferred
  • Familiarity with project management or collaboration tools (Asana, Monday, Trello, Wrike, etc.) preferred
  • Basic understanding of creative or content production workflows preferre

Responsibilities

  • Assist in tracking and organizing incoming creative requests, ensuring all required details (deadlines, specs, usage) are included.
  • Update project statuses, manage task assignments, and help flag upcoming deadlines in the project management system.
  • Serve as a point of contact for project updates, communicate timelines and next steps, and support feedback and revision tracking.
  • Support quality control, file organization, asset delivery, and fast-turnaround creative needs for game-day and events across multiple platforms.
  • Gain hands-on exposure to creative production workflows while participating in team meetings, brainstorms, and post-project reviews throughout the season.
