Job Summary: This position will support the Center for Security Evaluation (CSE) in providing ICD 702 mission support and guidance to the USG TSSC community. This involves cyber and technical threat intelligence analyses; developing analytical reports; and conveying this information in briefings and presentations to a variety of audiences. Supporting wireless security and TSSC working groups, assisting with exercises, and facilitating collaboration are other key tasks.

Requirements

  • Must have TS/SCI with Polygraph.
  • Requires a BA degree and 12 – 15 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10 – 13 years of prior relevant experience.
  • At least 5 years’ experience performing collection or analysis as a counterintelligence, technical threat, cyber threat, or technical analyst in current or prior role(s).
  • Working knowledge of IC or cyber threat intelligence cycles.
  • Comfort with serving in a client-facing role to internal and external stakeholders leading and facilitating briefings, working groups, meetings.
  • Excellent written and interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts and solutions to both a technical and non-technical audience.

Nice To Haves

  • Hands-on TSCM, theoretical, or intel reporting experience in at least one of the following technical domains: acoustic, electrical, optical, and radio frequency (wireless) domains.
  • Interagency intelligence reporting experience.
  • Contribute new products, workflows, and ideas to evolve interagency collaboration.
  • Experience implementing an intelligence cycle workflow for stakeholders/clients.

Responsibilities

  • Consult with other TSSC organizations and external stakeholders to define technical requirements, needs, or problems.
  • Analyze intelligence content for TSSC vulnerabilities and risks and develop relevant technical analysis products.
  • Provide briefings, reviews, summaries, and assessments and potential mitigation reports of wireless and technical threats.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between government leadership and technical security program stakeholders.
  • Gather, review, analyze and process information from meetings for analysis, assessments, and general program data to aid with execution reporting.
  • Provide support and program coordination to TSSC exercises, integrating TSCM, TEMPEST, CND, and offensive technical surveillance disciplines.
