What the job involves: We are currently seeking a Summer Intern in Project Management to join our team supporting Dell Technologies. In this role, you will gain valuable hands-on experience assisting project managers with planning, coordination, and execution activities. You will develop practical skills in project management methodologies, digital collaboration tools, and client communication while contributing directly to project success. Requirements

Actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree with 2–3 years completed, majoring in Construction Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Demonstrated eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced professional setting.
Permanent U.S. work authorization is required.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Smartsheet.
Interest in construction or real estate development projects.
Interest in sustainable building practices or LEED certification.

Responsibilities

Support project managers in developing project plans, timelines, schedules, and documentation.
Assist with tracking project progress and updating reports to communicate milestones and performance metrics.
Participate in project team meetings, capture notes, and follow up on action items.
Help coordinate communication between internal teams, external vendors, and client stakeholders.
Conduct research and compile data that supports project decision-making and continuous improvement.
Learn and apply project management tools and methodologies to real-world project delivery.
Assist in preparing presentations and status updates for JLL and Dell leadership teams.
