Project Management Specialist The Opportunity: As a project management specialist, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. That’s why we need you, an experienced project management specialist who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication. On our team, you’ll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of organizational strategy. You’ll work with key stakeholders to review contracts and project cost accounting. You’ll help with tactical planning using resources like project schedules and regular interactions with customers. The real impact of project management comes from communication to ensure the program achieves its goals and meets our quality standards. Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience with U.S. government and military environments
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage timelines
  • Ability to develop a variety of reports, monthly progress, or status reports
  • Ability to coordinate and document events, including travel, meetings, and conferences
  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
  • HS diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in or supporting an Air Force or DoD organization
  • Experience with senior government, civilians, and military leadership
  • Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Possession of excellent team collaboration skills
  • Bachelor's degree
