Manage and track multiple project/job orders from initiation through completion Coordinate with sales teams, warehouses, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials Monitor job progress, identify delays, and proactively resolve issues Review and validate order accuracy, pricing, and specifications Maintain clear communication with customers regarding order status and timelines Ensure documentation is complete and up to company and industry standards Support process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
