About The Position

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking Project Management Specialist (Level 3 or 4) to join the Business Operations team in Portland, Oregon on 1st Shift . Position Responsibilities: Lead integrator for ERP-LN to SAP transition project across Portland and Helena, coordinates and aligns cross-functional teams including IT, operations, finance, supply chain, and manufacturing to achieve project milestones Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to support site-level initiatives Facilitate communication and collaboration between stakeholders to resolve issues and mitigate risks during the transition Oversee work movements and site-level projects, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing operations Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and provide regular status updates to senior management Develops and facilitates executive level briefings Manage agenda and facilitate integrated meetings Evaluates alternatives and makes recommendations to the team for constant improvement

Requirements

  • 3 + years of experience in leading large scale projects
  • 3 + years of experience interfacing with and supporting senior and executive leadership
  • 3 + years of experience in working with cross-functional teams
  • 3 + years of experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • 3+ years of experience working closely with Operations and Supply Chain
  • SAP Experience
  • Change Control Board exposure
  • Work Movement exposure
