The Software Project Manager II leads and manages software projects from initiation through completion, delivering on time and within budget. Oversees multiple projects, coordinating interrelated activities while navigating within resources constraints and shifting priorities, with global team members and stakeholders in different time zones.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management.
  • Knowledge of software development process.
  • Knowledge in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Ability to manage resources, schedules, meetings, and budgets effectively
  • Demonstrated ability to work with teams in a diverse, international setting

Nice To Haves

  • 3+ years of work experience in semiconductor, automotive, software, or factory automation industries preferred
  • Software development knowledge
  • Demonstrated ability to work with teams in a diverse, international setting
  • PMP Certification

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues and project risks, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Maintain schedule flexibility, when needed, to work with project team members and stakeholders across different time zones.
  • Organize and present regular updates to stakeholders and management team
  • Drive continuous improvement
  • Coordinate input and collaboration across departments and project teams to ensure alignment of objectives and clarity on resource assignment
  • Define project objectives, expectations, timelines, and deliverables
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans to address potential project challenges
  • Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication across all levels of the organization
  • Other duties may be assigned as required
