Description Job Description & Responsibilities: In this role, the candidate will drive the design and execution of governance frameworks that enable successful delivery of complex technology programs Lead IT Program Management Office (PMO) engagements for major utility clients, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and regulatory requirements Oversee the design, implementation, and governance of PMO frameworks, processes, and tools to drive operational excellence Partner with client leadership to define program objectives, success metrics, and reporting structures Manage large-scale IT programs and portfolios, including budgeting, resource allocation, risk management, and performance tracking Facilitate stakeholder communication and change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of PMO practices Identify process improvements to translate translating business strategy into technology decisions Provide thought leadership on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and process optimization within the utility sector Leverage best practices currently employed in the private and public sectors to improve, sustain, and mature the PMO portfolio management functions Structure approaches to solving discrete problems, delivering clear requests for information, and demonstrating flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks
