About The Position

This role is responsible for leading complex, multi-faceted projects within the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) domain, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and operational priorities. The Project Management Lead will oversee multiple concurrent initiatives, coordinate cross-functional teams, and proactively manage risks to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable impact. You will play a key role in driving continuous improvement, standardizing processes, and supporting strategic initiatives that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and outcomes. The ideal candidate brings a strong combination of project leadership, RCM expertise, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, or equivalent experience considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Minimum of 4 years of project management experience, preferably within the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) industry.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects concurrently.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, best practices, and tools.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience driving process improvements, standardization, and operational efficiencies across projects.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple RCM-focused projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with business goals and strategic initiatives.
  • Develop, maintain, and track comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Build and oversee programs for global operations, including checklists, monitoring, and multi-project coordination.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks or issues, and implement mitigation strategies for successful outcomes.
  • Drive continuous improvement by evaluating completed projects and applying lessons learned to future initiatives.
  • Serve as a central point of accountability for project communication, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
