About The Position

The Lead, Product Manager is a key product-centric role that reports into site leadership and is also the liaison between the program office and the Camden facility. In this role, you will lead a cross-functional Integrated Product Team (IPT) to achieve a product line’s delivery, quality and cost goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 12 years of prior relevant experience or Graduate Degree and a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to analyze, evaluate and develop solutions to technical problems with minimum supervision.
  • Experience and familiarity with MS Office products required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with manufacturing in the aerospace industry is highly desired.

Responsibilities

  • Managing all delivery, quality, schedule, and cost targets associated with a program's production
  • Develop and execute the Production Integrated Product Team (P-IPT) business rhythm
  • Developing and maintaining production schedules to meet delivery commitments
  • Developing and maintaining customer relationships
  • Managing financial impacts and program budgets (EVM & Control Account Manager Duties), Safety, Security, PP&C, Global Supply Chain and IT.
  • Lead the Production IPT alignment for the operations site teams to successfully execute the program requirements relative to delivery, quality, schedule, cost, and performance.
  • Interface with site leadership, program management, and customer to ensure the program needs and site plans are in alignment. Develop recovery plans when issues arise and coordinate applicable corrective actions.
