About The Position

The Project Management internship is a full-time, 12-week program (40 hours per week) running from May through August. Interns will gain hands-on professional experience by contributing to meaningful projects that have a direct impact on the business. The program will conclude with a presentation to the senior leadership team, highlighting both the project outcomes and the overall internship experience. Throughout the summer, interns will also gain broad exposure to the organization and its operations. Experience is Everything. At LCS, experience is everything. Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a college or university program
  • Strong communication, problem solving, and collaboration skills
  • Prior exposure to project management tasks related to development and construction.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to a mission-driven organization
  • Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) throughout the 12-week program

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to real projects that will be implemented within the organization
  • Collaborate with leaders and team members across departments
  • Participate in professional development and networking opportunities
  • Present your project and summer experience to the senior leadership team at the conclusion of the internship
  • Gain a broad understanding of our industry and operations through mentorship, training, and shadowing opportunities
