About The Position

The Project Management Intern will be responsible for managing timelines, open issues, cost tracking, and internal reporting of project status & risks. The intern will facilitate discussions and presentations to cross-functional teams and will work independently with the Injection Molding, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Planning, Packaging, Logistics, and Program Management teams to support customer product sample orders and internal sample orders. The role includes supporting sample builds, driving builds that ensure appropriate qualification of products, ensuring accurate build quantities are completed, and verifying performance and scrap data record keeping is accurate while maintaining traceability of samples throughout the build process to ensure on-time, accurate delivery of samples. The intern will use project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, and other similar applications to create transparent task status. The associate will work closely with the Director of Technical Functions.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Student pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering or Business related field.
