About The Position

Engages with customers and clients to provide exceptional service. Provides suggestions to management for improving customer service and internal processes. Learns and becomes proficient on internal policies, practices, and general business activities. Helps with organizational change management and data monitoring, to successfully implement and monitor user adoption of new Portfolio & Project Management Tool. This includes Project Management capabilities along with Timesheets, Resource Management, and Financial Management.
