The Project Management Intern will support Infrastructure program and project execution across networking, security, cloud services, and user technology initiatives. This role will assist in implementing a standardized PMO-lite structure for the IT Infrastructure team.

Location: Photronics – Brookfield, CT (US). This is an on-site position.

Duration: 10 – 12 Weeks.

Requirements

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently on moderately complex administrative tasks.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with MS Project, Microsoft Planner, or similar project management tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation of a standardized PMO-lite structure for IT Infrastructure.
• Support project execution across networking, security, and cloud services initiatives.
• Maintain and update project documentation, including timelines and meeting minutes.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project tasks are tracked and updated.
• Assist in risk and issue reporting to ensure projects stay on schedule.
• Utilize MS Project, Planner, or similar tools to manage task allocations.
