WHAT YOU'LL DO: The Project Management Intern will be the main liaison between contractors and the Company and will be responsible for monitoring budget, schedule, safety, and quality standards, and communicating progress to stakeholders and Company management. This role will also spend time with Business Development team to gain exposure to other aspects of Cemstone’s business. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Liaise with internal stakeholders, architects, engineers, vendors, and clients to provide regular updates on project progress, address issues, and maintain strong working relationships. Help in the development detailed plans, schedules, and budgets for all phases of the construction project, from initiation to completion. Identify and mitigate risks, monitor the quality of workmanship, and conduct site inspections to assess progress and ensure adherence to project specifications. Monitor costs, track resource allocations, and process change orders to ensure adherence to financial constraints. Ensure all construction activities comply with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements on job sites. Attend job site meetings and concrete placements. When asked, participate in industry group meetings, conferences and webinars. Assist BD staff with project conversion opportunities including but not limited to paving, fibers and Cemstone Proprietary systems Attend BD presentations and meetings with designers, owners, contractors and municipal entities. Perform all other duties as assigned by Cemstone Management.
