The IT Project Management Intern is responsible for assisting IT Project Managers with various project tasks. The IT Project Management Intern will gain hands-on experience in these areas including performing technical duties, documenting / administrative functions, and shadowing more experienced team members. Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am -4:00pm, 20 hours per week. This position will be a hybrid model both in person and remote with minimum of onsite expectation 60% or as needed. In this position, you will Project Support and Execution: Support IT Project Managers in various stages of a project’s lifecycle, including Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring and Controlling, and Closing. Carry out initiatives for the Credit Union as directed. Communication and Documentation: Work with IT Project Managers to create various communications (minutes, reports, updates) for project stakeholders. Assist with communication, documentation, and everyday management of active projects. Business Analysis: Perform basic business analysis, including process flows, user experience, and business workflows. Ensure adherence to accepted project management practices. Knowledge and Learning: Gain knowledge of the operations of the Technology and Operations department. Learn by observing more experienced team members. Requirements
