Western States Fire Protection (WSFP) is looking to add an Intern to its team to work 24-40 hours per week. The Intern will report to the Contract Division Manager and support the Department with multiple projects, reports, as well as with day-to-day activities. This is an on-site position based in our Lake Oswego branch.

Prepping project related submittal packages
Performing data entry
May involve performing duties of a Fire Protection Designer
Perform Site visits and Audits
May require lifting objects up to 25lbs
Other duties and special projects as assigned
Assist in inter department coordination and help as needed

Must be pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Fire Science, Project Management, or other Construction/Fire Protection related degree
Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
Proficiency or knowledge in AutoCad related programs is a plus
Possess sound communication skills; both verbal and written
Ability to coordinate and work well with others
Must be able to pass a post-offer drug test and background check
Must possess a valid driver's license and ability to drive
Willing to learn project management methodologies and phrases
