About The Position
The Project Management Intern will be responsible for the following. Other duties may be assigned as required.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Student pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering or Business related field required.
- Indefinite U.S. work authorized individuals only.
- Future sponsorship for work authorization unavailable.
- Bosch adheres to Federal, State, and Local laws regarding drug-testing.
- Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a drug screen and background check.
- Candidates who have been offered the position must pass both screenings before their start date.
Responsibilities
- Manages timelines, open issues, cost tracking and internal reporting of project status & risks.
- Support process improvement projects across multiple manufacturing sites, from data collection to implementation.
- Analyze production metrics to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including engineering, quality, and supply chain—to solve real-world manufacturing challenges.
- Present findings and recommendations to leadership, gaining exposure to decision-making at the corporate level.
