About The Position

The Project Management Intern will be responsible for the following. Other duties may be assigned as required.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Student pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering or Business related field required.
  • Indefinite U.S. work authorized individuals only.
  • Future sponsorship for work authorization unavailable.
  • Bosch adheres to Federal, State, and Local laws regarding drug-testing.
  • Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a drug screen and background check.
  • Candidates who have been offered the position must pass both screenings before their start date.

Responsibilities

  • Manages timelines, open issues, cost tracking and internal reporting of project status & risks.
  • Support process improvement projects across multiple manufacturing sites, from data collection to implementation.
  • Analyze production metrics to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including engineering, quality, and supply chain—to solve real-world manufacturing challenges.
  • Present findings and recommendations to leadership, gaining exposure to decision-making at the corporate level.
