Requirements
- Baseline knowledge of search engine optimization, social media, paid media, analytics and measurement tactics so as to be able to work with teams to complete projects
- Experience with the Chicago Manual of Writing Style
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills (in-person, phone, email, especially formal writing)
- Demonstrated ability to think on your feet, take initiative and work independently
- Must be able to speak and read English proficiently
- Must be able to sit for extended periods of time
- Must be able to use a keyboard and a telephone
Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining projects and employees within the time tracking system and staff resource allocation system
- Assist team members in creating and managing client projects
- Participate in internal client team meetings, as needed
- Assist in maintaining processes to optimize workflow and ensure timely delivery of projects to clients
- Assist with internal department projects as needed.
