About The Position

The Boeing Company is looking for a Project Management Integration Lead (Level 4) based out of Hazelwood, Missouri or Tukwila, Washington. In this role, you will independently develop, coordinate, integrate, analyze and maintain integrated plans, schedules, Risk, Issues and Opportunities (RIO), resource forecasts, actions and operating rhythm across multiple projects. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher
  • 5+ years of experience in project management for both small and large projects
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to effectively communicate data in Senior Leadership briefings

  • Project Management Professional Certification
  • Strong proven ability in stakeholder management, change management, and leading cross functional teams

Responsibilities

  • Responsible to lead development, integration and maintenance of Finance Future System plans across multiple organizational, system and process development projects lifecycles; includes schedules, RIO, resources forecast, actions and operating rhythms
  • Manage one integrated Finance Future Systems schedule which represents total organizational statement of work across multiple projects and endeavors.
  • Responsible for establishing and executing project gated governance process
  • Manage the integrated baselines and associated change process
  • Responsible for on-going coordination of organizational actions and project milestones with responsible team members ensuring on-time completion
  • Centrally manage organizational and project risks, issues and opportunities along with needed mitigations and leadership escalations
  • Lead development and maintenance of organization resource forecast
  • Responsible for integrating multiple projects operating rhythms and managing organizational operating rhythm
  • Prepare status reports, monitor key metrics, communicates status and updates plans regularly throughout lifecycle of program or project
  • Prepare executive presentation materials and effectively conveys key messages to project teams and senior leadership
  • Facilitate logistics of team events, workshops and leadership communication forums
