Reporting directly to the Head of Operations, you’ll play a pivotal role in aligning project delivery with organizational goals, implementing best-in-class standards, and supporting diverse teams to achieve operational excellence. Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience managing technical or operational projects.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.

Nice To Haves

  • PMP certification preferred.
  • Experience in material handling or industrial projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain project management standards, tools, and methodologies.
  • Oversee project delivery timelines, budgets, and quality metrics.
  • Support cross-functional teams in executing strategic initiatives.
  • Monitor project performance and recommend process improvements.
  • Coordinate with department heads to align project priorities with business objectives.
  • Manage a small team of project managers, site managers, installers, and support staff.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership.
  • Support training and documentation efforts for project teams.
