Manage and maintain engineering documentation within legacy PLM systems (such as PCM/Enovia). Implement Engineering Change Notices to update specifications and bills of material (BOM) accordingly. Generate routine financial analysis summary for NPI programs. Review approval routes for part releases. Process quarterly reports for release statistics, as well as tracking project hours and resources. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization. Track and report on program progress and metrics. Work effectively with Microsoft Office Suite and Power BI Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution No relocation is being offered for this role. All candidates considered must live within 50 miles of Woodridge, IL. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation Degree in finance, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related technical field. Three (3)+ years of experience as program analyst. Knowledge of corporate finance such as operating flows, invested capital, expense process and accounting. Fluency in Mandarin is a strong plus, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
