About The Position

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Management Administrative Assistant to support our Creative Operations team and the SVP of Creative. In this role, you will assist in the planning, execution and monitoring of various e-commerce and retail projects.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skill with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Detail oriented and problem-solving abilities
Teachability: Willingness to continuously improve one’s own skills and knowledge.
Organization: Excellent at planning, scheduling and coordinating tasks and resources.
Communication: Share processes and information clearly, respond to questions and requests precisely and adapt communication style as needed.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Two years of experience in project management or a related role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skill with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Detail oriented and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in Google Workspace, Adobe, Jira and Concur

Responsibilities

Support project manager in tracking project progress and identifying potential risks.
Assist in the management of project plans including schedules, budgets and resource allocation.
Prepare and maintain project documentation including meeting notes, status reports and action items.
Schedule and coordinate meetings.
Process expense reports.
Make travel arrangements including flights, ground transportation and hotels.
Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times
