About The Position

Keep reading: The RoleOversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients. Responsible for tracking and maintaining the FF(X) configuration control of the program. Will serve as a liaison between Program Management, Engineering, Planning, Business Management and Supply Chain Management teams. Coordinate activities, provide communications to all company departments, and construct special projects as necessary. Develop tracking mechanisms to assess project costs, schedule, health and risks. Coordinate and track actions and commitments to meet productivity, quality, and customer-satisfaction goals and objectives. Monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers and company departments. Position requires coordination of daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly report; interfacing with multiple stakeholders to assemble the reports.

Requirements

  • 10 Years with Bachelor's Degree in related field; 8 years of relevant professional experience with a Master's Degree Or 18yrs work experinece in a relevant field with a HS Diploma/GED.

  • Prefer background to have excellent analytical skills
  • Strong computer skills – Strong Excel and Powerpoint experience is a must in order to assemble reports and presentations for team and senior/executive leadership.
  • Ability to accurately prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
